Most of my life I felt worried and a bit tense every time I went back to the UK, to London. I could never understand why. I wasn’t aware of it when I was young, but after I started therapy, I started to realize it the prince revealed to the psychotherapist.

I was wondering, “Why am I so uncomfortable?” Of course, unfortunately for me, London is a trigger. Because of what happened to my mother and what I experienced and saw myself. It happens every time. I don’t remember exactly when it started. I only remember the feeling itself – anxiety, such an empty feeling, almost nervousness. Is it fear? Everything felt tense. It’s being hunted and helpless and knowing there’s nothing you can do about it. There is no escape. No way out – he described his feelings.

I quickly assumed that if this relationship was going to work out I had to deal with my past because there was anger in her and it wasn’t aimed at her. It was just anger, and she recognized it. I have been attending therapy for five years and for me it is related to prevention (…). I’ve always wanted to try EMDR, and it was one of those different forms of healing that I wanted to experiment with the prince confessed.
