Position Summary:
The Associate Director Global Marketing – New Dermatology Indications role is responsible for leading the development and execution of HCP and Patient integrated marketing strategy and tactics for the new dermatology indications under development. These indications will primarily focus on Prurigo Nodularis and Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria but likely will expand to include additional indications. Ultimately, the intent is to continue the best-in-class commercialization approach initiated for DUPIXENT in Dermatology.
This individual will report to the Global Lead New Indications (Dermatology).
This individual will work with a cross-functional team responsible for adapting and implementing the strategic initiatives for health care providers, patients and caregivers and other key stakeholders. This position will have direct interface with senior leaders, Global Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, alliance partners, and agency partners, as well as all relevant internal cross-functional team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement a robust plan to ensure the appropriate disease education for patients living with PN and CSU.

Execute HCP Disease State Education for PN and CSU in line with the franchise Type 2 strategy

Lead the development of the key branded promotional messages for CSU and PN which also supports our position in Dermatology and Type 2 indications.

Develop patient activation and educational content to drive PN and CSE disease state awareness and patient advocacy for better care

Lead global development of our commercialization and launch readiness plans for future new indications in Dermatology (CSU – PN) in collaboration with our top 10 markets, making sure to unleash the full potential of these new indications

Integrate competitive insights into the development or refinement of the strategy and execution plans.

Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs in order to establish DUPIXENT as standard of care in our future Dermatology indications (CSU – PN).

Ensure that the Dupixent CSU & PN strategies are aligned to support the overall Dupixent franchise strategy specifically the Dupixent Dermatology strategy

Develop relationships and liaise with key functions within the organization (medical, market access etc.) and across the alliance, as appropriate

Manage agencies and vendors as needed to develop and execute strategic planning

Engage with key external stakeholders in order to ensure we have a deep understanding of the needs of patients, HCPs, and advocacy groups.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum requirements: BA or BSc; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

Minimum 8 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
-
Minimum 5 years in HCP / Patient marketing in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
-
Previous biologics marketing experience is a plus
The successful candidate will be required to sign and execute a restricted covenant upon hire.
