COVID-19 Vaccination Program: Adolescents and Young Adults

In English »

With the expansion of vaccine eligibility throughout the United States, CHOP is focusing its efforts on the CHOP eligible patients (ages 16-23).

CHOP’s Plans for Vaccine Distribution: Current Status

At this time, CHOP is not receiving a sufficient supply of vaccines to vaccinate all eligible patients.

In order to be as fair and equitable as possible, eligible patients will be randomly selected to offer them the opportunity to receive the vaccine.

If you or your child are eligible CHOP patients, we will contact you when a vaccine becomes available. and we can offer you an appointment for the vaccination.

We will update this website as the situation evolves and we encourage you to visit it frequently.

Schedule a COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment at CHOP

  • Right now, CHOP is prioritizing the use of our vaccine supply to vaccinate CHOP patients ages 16-23. Patients under the age of 18 can only receive the Pfizer vaccine.
  • CHOP is communicating with eligible patients in a number of ways, including email, phone, text message, and through MyCHOP.
  • You don’t have to call or contact us. We will contact you when a supply is available and we can make an appointment for you.
  • The easiest process for scheduling your vaccination is in the MyCHOP app. Make sure you have an active MyCHOP account and check the application frequently to see if you have received an invitation to schedule the appointment to receive the vaccine. Log in now to confirm your username and password, or contact your healthcare provider at CHOP to receive an access code to open your MyCHOP account.
