There are new students and, accordingly, new flirtations and relationships. But “Elite” also needs a secret, a murder, a misfortune, intrigue. How this part of the new season could look like, the trailer doesn’t really reveal yet. But this school year will certainly also bring unpleasant aspects for the graduates and a lot of excitement for the fans – the trailer definitely suggests that.
It is also gratifying that we are at least able to accompany Nadia from time to time by phone with Gúzman at the university. And a reunion with Carla also seems to be possible. In any case, we’ll also see them in the short films that will be released on Netflix from June 14th.
“Elite” Season 4: Launch on Netflix in June 2021
The 16 new episodes The fourth and fifth season should be shot from spring 2020, but overall everything has been delayed thanks to the pandemic. The episodes for the fifth season will soon go into production with two new faces in the cast. Some new characters but expect us in the next episodes in 2021.
And in this short oneVideo introduce them to Netflix:
A teaser for the fourth season: short stories
Carla and Nadia are actually people we no longer expect in the fourth season. But there seem to be short stories between the June 14th and 17th, shortly before the start, and which, for example, focus on these two characters and their relationships. All of these short films are in this one Teaser announced how long it will ultimately be, we do not yet know.

Farewell to parts of the main cast in the fourth season “Elite”: New teaser
Like that two series inventors said, everything broke up with the third season and it would have been a mistake to stretch the story any further. Season four will be the hit series’ attempt to reinvent itself while retaining the same codes and elements that have captured audiences. Six people from the previous main cast remain loyal to the series, others likely go forever. Valerio, Carla, Nadia, Lu and Polo have received a video from Netflix in which they can say goodbye with dignity:
“Elite” cast: who will stay with us?
– Warning: spoilers for the third season “Elite” will follow –
The series inventors have made their announcement come true and really brought all the strands of the story together to a sometimes surprising ending. Now Lucrecia “Lu” Montesinos Hendrich (Danna Paola) and Nadia Shana (Mina El Hammani) are studying in the USA and Carla (Ester Expósito) has also found a far away place, thanks to Yeray (Sergio Momo) she is the proud owner of the Bodegas and finally freed from their abusive and dysfunctional parents.
The closing party for the shooting was accordingly very emotional; Ester Expósito also spoke about the end in an interview with FormulaTV. She says: “It’s not known if it’s a final goodbye … at the moment, yes. ”So maybe there is hope that individual cast members of the series will remain after the third season. But she also says in this interview that it is time to prepare for the end and welcome the new ones. The Interview in the original Spanish language you can watch it on YouTube.
The ending suggests who will stay with us in the fourth season. First of all, there are those who were not allowed to take the Abitur or did not pass the Abitur for various reasons.
Guzman Nunier Osuna adopt. (Miguel Bernardeau)
Samuel García Domínguez (Itzan Escamilla)
Rebecca by Bormujo Ávalos (Claudia Salas)
Omar Shana (Omar Ayuso)
Other Muñoz (Aaron Piper)
The people in question confirm this in this short clip:
They all appear on the first day of school, two months after the graduation ceremony in Las Encinas, and want to finish high school in a new class.
But then we also see Cayetana Grajera Pando (Georgina Amorós) cleaning the school hallway. She passed her Abitur, but then turned down the generous offer from Polo’s mothers. So she’s probably going to a state university by now and earning something extra at school. Thanks to the new teaser, we can be sure: these six are in the fourth season.
“Elite”: Who might come back?
About Jorge López, who plays Valerio, you can read in the article linked above that he does not want to commit for so long and is sure that the next two seasons should give new talent a chance. It sounds like he won’t play an important role in the next season.
There are still the two new students Malick (Leïti Sène) and Yeray (Sergio Momo). Both have graduated. Yeray will continue to do business, but he lives in the area. In terms of the story, it was especially important for Carla. Malick left for New York and is likely to stay there, in the end he was just the catalyst that rekindled and strengthened the relationship between Omar and Ander.
Last but not least, maybe the Inspector (Ainhoa Santamaría) play a role again, after all, she drinks a beer with Samu at the end and should there be another murder at Las Encinas, she may have to investigate again.
