Beware of violent and macabre content! A murderer in Russia gave his friends the meat of his victims to eat. He also sold the meat in a market. In court, the cannibal said he would have eaten more people had he not been arrested.
He is considered one of the most dangerous criminals in Russia. His crimes make your blood run cold. Now cannibal and killer Vladimir Nikolayev described his incredible deeds in a documentary.
Cannibals murdered victims and ate them
The cannibal Vladimir Nikolayev is known for not only killing and chopping up his victims, but also boiling and eating them. The killer then gave the human flesh to his friends to eat. He told them that it was kangaroo meat. It was only when Nikolayev was charged with murder that his friends suspected that the meat meals could have been made from human flesh. This is reported by the “Daily Star”.
The crimes were now almost 30 years ago. Nevertheless, in Russia, Nikolayev is still considered one of the most dangerous criminals. Now the killer is the subject of one documentation about life in the maximum security prison “Black Dolphin”.
Nikolayev murdered two people and ate them
In one scene in the documentary, Nikolayev describes one of his murders. This happened after an argument got out of hand while drunk. And “before [er] knew it, “he chopped off the man’s head. Then he ate a piece of the thigh. Nikolayev remembers his shocking crime, which he committed in 1996.” I came home a little drunk from a party and next to the door to my building Another man who was also drunk asked me for a fire. “The killer continues:” We started arguing and got into a fight. Killer cuts meat from thighs and prepares it
While he describes the scenes, a mischievous grin adorns his face. “I cut off his head, arms and legs. Suddenly something occurred to me and I thought I would try him,” the murderer smiles. “I cut a piece of meat from his thigh and cooked it. I tasted it, I didn’t like it. So I chopped it up and fried it in a pan.”
Cannibal Killer gave human flesh to his friends to eat
While the interviewer tries not to choke in disgust, Nikolayevs continues his narrative with shining eyes. “I gave one of my friends some meat, he took it home and gave it to his wife. She made meatballs with it. She had something herself and fed it to her children,” he laughs. “I said it was kangaroo. We don’t have any kangaroos here, they didn’t know what it was.” He adds that they did not feel sick for eating human flesh, but only found out after the trial that the meat was from a human.
Killer sold 5 kg of human flesh in the market
Nikolayev also murdered a person a second time and sold 5 kg of the dead man’s meat in a market. He told his customers that it was “exotic meat”. He was only arrested after some of his customers became suspicious and had the meat tested in a laboratory. Human blood was detected.
Sondra London, author of the crime book “True Vampires: Blood-Sucking Killers Past and Present” describes in her work how Nikolayev was arrested at the time. “The police found a pan of roasted human meat on the stove and another cannibal bowl in the oven. He had kept more body parts outside that he’d packed in the snow on his balcony.”
Nikolayev would have eaten even more people had he not been arrested
During his trial, Nikolayev confessed in court that he would have continued to eat human flesh if he had not been arrested. He also joked with investigators, asking them to cook him a dinner from the leftover meat on his balcony. Nikolayev was sentenced to death, but in 1999 his sentence was commuted to life imprisonment, to the delight of his victims’ families, who thought the death penalty was “too mild”.
