Malaysia emergency Corona, a new case COVID-19 in that country again scored the highest record. It was reported today, Wednesday (19/5/2021), there were as many as 6,075 people who were confirmed positive for Corona in Malaysia.
Quoted from Channel News Asia, this is the first time that a new case of COVID-19 in Malaysia has reached 6,000. The previous record was 5,728 cases in a day, which occurred on January 30.
Malaysians are also asked to stay at home and reduce activities outside the home if it is not important.
“Our doctors complain of helplessness and frustration,” said Health Director General Noor Hisham Abdullah
“They are trying to secure ICU beds for their patients, at an unprecedented time,” he continued.
Noor Hisham also explained that there was chaos in the ICU, because the number of patients who needed the room was increasing every day, not only for COVID-19 patients but also for critical non-COVID-19 patients.
