A resident of Kiev Natalya Dikaya says that she miraculously survived an accident in the city center, which happened on May 1 with the participation of a Nissan Juke. According to the girl, she was hit by a 73-year-old former medical doctor of the capital, Irina Kozlova.
After the accident, the driver refused to meet with the victim and pay her any compensation. And Natalya herself lost her teeth as a result of the accident and now will not be able to give birth on her own.

Tailbone damaged and psychological problems
Natalia Dikaya hardly survives the consequences of the accident at the intersection of Saksaganskogo and Antonovich streets. Judging by the video posted, she was crossing the road at a green traffic light at a pedestrian crossing. At this time, a Nissan Juke drove out from the side of Saksaganskogo Street, hit a girl, and then she was under the wheels of a car. The driver drove along it with both front and rear wheels, and stopped only after a few more meters.

“I myself think it’s a miracle that I survived. my five front teeth are knocked out, the gum is damaged, I received the results of the MRI. It turns out that my tailbone is concave and, most likely, I will not be able to give birth on my own, only with the help of a cesarean section “, – the girl is upset.

–Blocked but promised to meet
Dikaya says: on the day after the accident, when Irina got out of the car, she said that she was going to the dacha. “And she added that, probably, she shouldn’t have got behind the wheel at that age. She was adequate, she understood what was happening. When my mother arrived at the place, she, out of the kindness of her soul, offered the driver valocordin. To which she replied, they say, no “No, I have to go for an examination now. And four hours later, when the police finished registration of an accident, Kozlova just got behind the wheel of her car and drove on. It turns out that her license was not taken away from her,” Natalya wonders.

Natalya published all the details and video of the accident on her Facebook page, where she said that Kozlova refuses to meet with her and does not want to compensate for the losses. But the culprit of the accident, like her grandson Dmitry Chashcheva, who is a lawyer, blocked the victim.
“Later she sent me a message saying that she and her lawyer were ready to meet with me after May 20, and that I would also be with a lawyer. I’m ready to meet,” says Natalya.
The police are conducting examinations
We tried to get through to Chashchevoy, but the calls to the phone number indicated in the Register of Lawyers are dropped. In his law office, they promised to pass on a request to contact us. The police of the Goloseevsky district of Kiev told us that the case for this accident was opened under Part 1 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. If proven guilty, then the driver faces up to three years in prison with the deprivation of a driver’s license for the same period. Examinations are now being carried out.
