Shane Richie fans express concern over Alan Carr’s Epic Gameshow appearance

SHANE Richie fans were worried about the star’s appearance on Alan Carr’s Epic Gameshow.

The former EastEnders star appeared on the ITV Game Show Celebrity Special with Vick Hope, Richard Blackwood and Gabby Logan tonight.

Shane, 57, did his best to correctly guess the song names and earn money for the charity of his choice, Cherry Trees, a respite home for disabled children.

Shane wore a navy suit with a white shirt, but while he was on the show, viewers were concerned about his appearance and quickly took to Twitter for comment.

A fearful one wrote: “Shane looks really bad. #Epicgameshow. “

Another posted: “Shane Richie looks sick. #EpicGameshow. “

The 2020 I’m A Celeb contestant didn’t come to the end as he misjudged three song names, which meant he was the second contestant to be knocked out of the competition.

Hollyoaks star Richard Blackwood went first, while sports presenter Gabby went after Shane.

It was Vick who reached the final round and won £ 22,100 for the Akwaaba charity, which takes care of refugees and asylum seekers.

In March, Shane admitted that he “piled on the pounds” on lockdown – after dropping a stone on I’m A Celebrity at the end of 2020.

Shane said, “I lost a stone on I’m A Celeb but then we went into lockdown and now the weight is back. “

The actor is expected to return as Hugo / Loco Chanelle on the hit show Everybody’s Talking About Jamie during his tour.

And now Shane wants to make sure he has confidence in his body to play drag again as Chanelle and wear a size 12 dress with heels.

He added, “Now that we have the green light for the show, I’m starting to practice a bit more. A little boxing. I need to get back into a size 12 dress. “
