MotoGP: Another two races in Spielberg
–
Concrete figures were not given, of course, because the then applicable legal regulations have not yet been established. The World Cup races in Germany at the Sachsenring on June 20 will take place without a spectator, as the ADAC announced as the organizer. Last year the race was canceled due to the pandemic.
First cancellation in the current season
During the current season, the cancellation of the Finland race is the first change in the calendar so far. The dates of the Argentine Grand Prix in Termas de Rio Hondo and the American Grand Prix in Austin are still open. In any case, both races should take place in the last quarter, Dorna confirmed on Friday. The new race track in Mandalika on the Indonesian island of Lombok will operate as a replacement race as soon as all official approvals have been received.
