Many complain that it is difficult to get an online motorcycle taxi (ojol) amidst the atmosphere of Eid. Many complaints were conveyed on Twitter social media, one of which was by merchants in e-commerce who rely on courier services using ojol.

“Driver Ojol again on Eid next time huh? Order ga dapet2 ,” said another Twitter user.
Chairman of the Indonesian National Presidium for the Combined Two-Wheeled Action (Guard) Igun Wicaksono explained that there are many drivers ojol which is off in the middle of Eid. The reason is because there is no bonus given by the applicator.
“If Lebaran, maybe there are not too many orders, right? So maybe they are better off choosing with their families rather than looking for passengers or looking for orders. The results are small, there are also no bonuses so it is better for them to leave themselves,” he said to detikcom.
He stated that the bonus for drivers had started to be eliminated or reduced. This makes drivers less enthusiastic in accepting incoming orders.
“This is what makes the driver friends slack off, meaning nothing, if you achieve that performance there is no bonus appreciation for driver friends. Indeed, the initial bonus was very large, but maybe the application company.
