At the beginning of April, the rapper Cum took off his sixth solo album, by surprise, titled D M N R, for “Minesweeper”. A remarkable comeback for this artist, one year after the success of his double album Fame / Famous, certified gold record.
At 35 years old, Abdel Karim Fall of his real name is well established in the landscape of rap French. A mysterious communication on social networks, well-made clips and relevant collaborations, the artist signs here a technical and energetic album. An “old-fashioned” rap in which he excels.
A busy career since Sexion d’Assaut
Lefa is this discreet rapper but still successful in the collective Assault Sexion. Next to Gims or Black M, he co-founded this group which marked an entire generation in the early 2010s. a lively controversy after homophobic remarks, which had resulted in the cancellation of several concerts. This will make him a very discreet man in the media. With the thunderous success of the collective, he chose to step back in 2012, for fear of feeling too much in the spotlight.
For three years, he remains silent, far from the world of music. For his solo comeback, the rapper remains true to himself. He will not know the same success as his comrades, Gims and Black M being among the biggest sellers of records in France. But that’s not what he’s looking for.

In Chloroquine, between two punchlines, Lefa improvises a minesweeper in a clip with remarkable achievement.
Lefa offers collaborations with less popular artists than on his latest projects. A choice that makes sense with the direction of the album and that gives powerful songs, like the title Gang with Kalash Criminel.
