THE HAGUE – For years he prosecuted fraudsters. He took them to court and demanded stiff sentences. But on Monday, ex-fraud prosecutor Vincent L. himself heard in the court of The Hague demanding a prison sentence of eleven months for having repeatedly sex for payment with a 16-year-old boy.
