Another Turkish citizen said that all these 26 states are not worth one Russia, and called their unification against one country “a shame”. He also suggested that the United States, as the world’s strongest state, try to deal with Russia alone.
There have also been proposals to spend billions of dollars not on exercises, but on the purchase of vaccines for poor countries.
