The weekend is the ideal time for many Dutch people to relax, after a busy school or work week, stretch out on the couch to watch a movie. Add popcorn, cola or beer … and watch. These are the three films most watched on Netflix this weekend.#1 Pokémon: Detective Pikachu (2019)

Teenager Tim Goodman is determined to track down his lost father. He does this with the help of a Pikachu who can not only talk, but also turns out to be a great detective. However, the two soon stumble upon a major plot designed to make Pokémon and humans collide. Tim and Pikachu must take action to stop the bad guys behind these plans and protect the world from the most powerful Pokémon ever, Mewtwo.
#2 Believe Me: The Abduction of Lisa McVey (2018)

Seventeen-year-old Lisa McVey from Florida is horribly kidnapped after work. Then she narrowly manages to escape her kidnapper. Luckily, there is a detective who does believe her and thinks the teen was kidnapped by a notorious serial killer.
#3 The Mitchells vs. the Machines (2021)

The clever voice assistant Pal is out for revenge when she threatens to disappear due to an update. Katie Mitchell, an artistic misfit, is admitted to film academy and has to move.
