BEIJING, KOMPAS.com – One woman of China get away from jail, after him pregnant and give birth up to five times.
Initially, the woman from Jiangsu Province was sentenced to more than nine years for theft in 2011.
The Donghai County People’s Prosecutor’s Office said the perpetrator was not jailed because he was pregnant at the time.

She took advantage of the situation by always being pregnant and giving birth whenever her period of procrastination came to an end.

Under China’s Criminal Procedure Law, female offenders are allowed to be jailed while pregnant and breastfeeding a child.

The new offender was admitted to the penitentiary after the breastfeeding period ended 12 months later.
In February, China’s Supreme Court said it understood the trend of female offenders to avoid being punished.
