Zwolle – Anyone who receives an invitation for the flu shot from his or her doctor every year and is 18+, falls for the corona vaccination in the group of people with a medical indication. The GP reports that person to the RIVM for a corona vaccination.
From Thursday, May 6, these people can expect a letter on the mat with an invitation for a corona vaccination. The appointment can be made online or via the special national telephone number stated in the letter. Please note: they cannot schedule an appointment via the regional telephone number of the GGD.
Make an appointment
This can be done by telephone and online. The invitation contains a special national telephone number and a code that people need when calling to make an appointment. The appointment can also be made online via www.coronavaccinatie-afspraak.nl
Scheduling the appointment is not done through the regional GGD. So they cannot make an appointment for someone.
Have not received a letter yet, what about that
That could be right! Not everyone receives the invitation at the same time. In the next 2 weeks, everyone can expect the invitation on the mat. Anyone who has not yet received a letter and belongs to the 18+ flu shot group, can contact his or her doctor.
Which vaccine?
This group receives the vaccine from the GGD from BioNTech / Pfizer or Moderna.
