The great adventure of Star Academy is barely finished, that one of the favorite academics of Quebecers, Annabel Oreste, is already taking up another challenge, among our neighbors to the south!
It is on her Instagram page that the young singer shared the news that she will sing at the event. TEDx in the city that never sleeps, New York. She discusses this project in more detail in the magazine Featured Echoes.
« I was invited through my dad, who has a hotel in Haiti. He met a producer who saw me at Star Académie and asked me to come and sing in front of people at a TEDx event on May 6th. So I’m going to be in New York for a few days. I don’t know what will come out of it all, but it’s one more experience for me She says.
We will tell ourselves, this kind of denouement is often that of a film script or TV series like Glee or, Pitch Perfect! Do you know what we are talking about? The protagonist who has a sublime voice, but who did not rank in the top three at high school in show, at her school … The one who all the same delivered an incredible performance, and by pure chance, there is a producer in the room who hears him and invites him to New York! There is no doubt this all-talented young lady and we can’t wait to hear more about her trip to New York. Who knows, maybe we’ll see her on Broadway again soon? It would suit him well, anyway.
