Since 2019, more than a million and a half unique users have already used the “patient area” accessible from www.aphp.fr

The AP-HP continues to simplify its relationship with its users and the journey of its patients by offering them new services on its patient portal opened in 2019. This secure space, a veritable “one-stop-shop”, brings together various online services such as the pre-admission, online payment, appointment booking or access to medical reports for patients treated in AP-HP hospitals. Over 1.5 million unique users have already used it since it went live in 2019.
