Sydney (Australien) – It sounds like the plot of a horror film, but it couldn’t be more real: In 2003 a girl († 5) was brutally killed. The victim’s murderer is free – and now lives near children.

On a November day almost 20 years ago, Timothy K. lured little Chloe H. into a trap with a little kitten in Lansvale Caravan Park in Australia, suffocated her and killed her dead body.
After the gruesome murder, he dumped his victim’s body in a nearby small river. He was caught, confessed to the fact.
Despite the confession, the perpetrator did not go to prison and was found not guilty of schizophrenia diagnosed in 2005, such as 7News reported.
He had told the psychologists who had dealt with him that voices had driven him to the terrible deed. At the time, they would have ordered him to kill as cold as ice.
As the portal further reports, K. now lives in freedom – and this without any monitoring. But that’s not all!
The man who took the life of an innocent child lives near schools. A kindergarten and other facilities where children are looked after are only a short walk away.

For Peter Chalker, the uncle of the killed Chloe, the certainty is horrible, for many parents on site it is frightening.
“For me, as your uncle, it’s like a slap in your face,” 7News quoted Chalker as saying. You simply don’t care enough about the victims, says Chalker. For his family, the news of the new life of the killer is absolutely devastating.
Apparently, the authorities are now supposed to react. As the portal reports, efforts should be made to relocate the killer to an unknown area where surveillance is possible.
