While the pandemic is fueling uncertainty in many areas, the need for skilled workers in Germany has increased significantly due to the current crisis. In an evaluation by the personnel service provider Hays for the first quarter, IT companies and retail are among the sectors with the highest growth in job postings for skilled workers compared to the previous quarter. Marketing experts also benefit from the increased number of job offers.
