stopover at Max’s tavern, on the blue route

An essential stopover on the blue route linking Thionville to Pont-à-Mousson, Marie-Xavier’s tavern, alias Max, is the only stopover to take a break, repair your bike or drink a coffee, at La Maxe. The old Charles-le-Téméraire cycle route linking Luxembourg to Burgundy is increasingly popular. Such stops are welcome for the long-haul tourist. Or quite simply for the locals! We took a little tour there this Sunday.
