Until 10:00 this morning, 5,534 new confirmed corona infections were reported to the RIVM. That is 285 less than yesterday. Due to the outage that the GGDs suffered yesterday, today’s contamination figures are artificially low.
On average, the number of positive corona tests has been on a declining trend for over a week. During the past week, an average of 6,668 positive tests per day were registered. That is 19 percent less than a week earlier, but the actual decrease will therefore be lower.
