Uranus’s (solar) conjunction is a configuration when Uranus, the Sun and Earth are in a straight line and Jupiter is parallel to the Sun.

The peak of the Jupiter conjunction occurred on May 1 at 02.44 WIB or 03.44 WITA or 04.44 WITA.

The consequence of this phenomenon is that Uranus will no longer be visible in the night sky because it is parallel to the Sun.

3. End of the Phase of the Month of Bandages: May 4

The final bandage phase is one of the phases of the Moon when the configuration between the Sun, Earth and Moon forms a 90 degree right angle and occurs after the Full Moon phase.

The peak of the final bandaging phase occurs at 02.50 WITA or 03.50 WITA or 04.50 WIT.

Thus, the final moonlight can be witnessed when it rises around midnight from the east-southeast direction.

4. Peak Meteor Rain And Aquarid: 6 Mei

The Eta Aquarid Meteor Rain is active from 19 April to 28 May and its peak activity occurs on 6 May at 09.00 WIB or 10.00 WITA or 11.00 WITA.

6. Micro New Moon phase: May 12

Micro New Moon is the New Moon phase, which occurs in close proximity to the Moon Apoge.

The New Moon this time occurs at 01.59 WIB while the Moon Perigee occurs three hours after that at 05.09.09 WIB.

The geocentric distance of the Moon when the New Moon phase is 406,507 km with an angular diameter of 29.39 minutes of arc.

Meanwhile, the geocentric distance of the Moon when Perigee was 406,512 km with an angular diameter of 29.39 arc minutes.
