Jean-Marc Makusu no longer wishes to continue his adventure with the South African club Orlando Pirates. The Congolese will come to the end of his loan next June. His decision is revealed by one of his relatives who requested anonymity to the Congolese press.
Striker Jean-Marc Makusu is determined to leave despite Orlando Pirates’ urging to keep him. He is not happy with the playing time which he judges too little. Jean-Marc Makusu wishes to return to Vita Club as confirmed by his relative.
“With the way things are looking right now, he’s made up his mind. He wants to go back to his club. He was promised he would get playing time as soon as he figured out how the team wants him to play. But he thinks he did and feels that they don’t really need him. He came to the team highly recommended and was promised this is where he will thrive. At the moment, he doesn’t think it will happen any time soon. The guys at the club have told him he has to bide his time and things will work out, but the season is about to end. There is no way he will agree to stay at the club if they plan to extend his stay, but again, that is unless they convince him otherwise ”.
The Congolese striker has played 8 games this season in all competitions for 1 goal scored.
