Clint Capela can’t fix it either: The Atlanta Hawks get into reserve with a series of defeats.
——
The Atlanta Hawks around Clint Capela are also struggling after the return of the last injured Trae Young. They lose to the Philadelphia 76ers 104: 126. It is the third violent slap in the face.
–
The day before they went down against the 76ers 83: 127. Against the Detroit Pistons it was an 86-100 defeat.
–
Capela only stands on the floor for 17 minutes on Saturday night. The Geneva center creates another double-double with 11 points and 15 rebounds.

So are the Hawks in the playoff race
After the series of defeats, the race for playoff participation will now be tight with eight games to go. They are still fifth in the Eastern Conference with 34 wins and 30 losses. The Boston Celtics, however, already have the same record as sixth. As seventh, the Miami Heat have one less win with the same number of defeats.
–
If the Hawks do not reach the top 6, the chance remains via the so-called play-in tournament. The teams in ranks 7 to 10 will fight for the last two remaining playoff places.
–
What speaks for the Hawks: The rest of the program is rather easy. After the strong 76ers, Capela and Co almost only play against weaker teams, apart from Western leader Phoenix. (sme)
