Moho Park will invest 15 million euros in the residential house project

Estonian The real estate developer “Kaamos” in Mežaparks has started the construction of the project “Moho park” (“mo-ho” – “modern homes”). It is planned to put into operation two twelve-storey residential houses in 2024. 15 million euros will be invested in the project, the developer informs.

“Moho park” residential houses will be located at Koknese Avenue 2. The first ten floors of both buildings will have apartments with 2, 3 or 4 rooms and each with its own balcony, but the two upper floors will have 16 penthouses with 3 or 4 rooms and each with its own roof terrace. The average price per square meter for apartments will be about 2,200 euros and for penthouses (excluding terraces) – 3,200 euros. In total, they will be 154 apartments with an area from 36 to 165 square meters, a total of 8,800 square meters of living space.

The developer points out that these will be buildings with almost zero energy, for example, solar panels will be placed on the roof. Part of the parking lots will be located on the first floor of the building and they will have the possibility to charge electric cars.

The project is being implemented by the architectural firm “PBR”.
