Time for another round of Apple Watch beta. Apple began testing watchOS 7.5. Hopefully it includes some of the new features we’ll be talking about in this article.

22 april 2021 Apple has released the first beta version of watchOS 7.5 with version number 18T5546f.

The beta version of WatchOS 7.5 is available for developers and general testers with the correct beta profile. If you’ve already installed a previous watchOS beta, you’ll see the update appear automatically. We expect a beta version to be available for general testers soon.
Watch out: These betas are for developers and general testers only and are not suitable for use on the devices you need on a daily basis.
More than watchOS 7.5
Since this is already the fourth update, we expect it to contain mostly minor tweaks. Apple will also fix some bugs and issues from previous versions, but we don’t expect any really big new features.

Below is an overview of the beta versions of watchOS 7.5. We expect watchOS 7.5 to be released in the spring of 2021.

- watchOS 7.5 Final: May or June 2021 (expected)
About beta testers
You often encounter problems when testing beta versions. First of all, not all functions are usually immediately available, but are added and expanded during the test period. You can also experience crashes or some apps may not work properly yet. So keep that in mind if you decide to test watchOS update. So it is not recommended to install a trial version on a device that you use every day, as there are still many problems with the beta version. Moreover, you cannot downgrade with watchOS.
