JAKARTA – The month of fasting that arrives coincides with pandemic Covid-19 make people have to be extra extra in maintaining body immunity. This must be done so that people do not easily fall sick or become infected with Covid-19.

The National Covid-19 Task Force Team, dr. Reisa Broto Asmoro explained, one of the ways to maintain body immunity that can be done by the community is to be disciplined in implementing the applicable health protocol.

Meanwhile, the healthy lifestyle is by eating a balanced nutritious diet, adequate sleep, and exercise,” he said. In addition, people must also be selective in choosing foods that can make a person strong to face fasting. People are also advised to keep their distance when planning to buy takjil to break their fast.

“During the month of Ramadan, people are already busy looking for takjil and eating on the side of the road. Keep your distance and pay attention to the people who sell and the cleanliness of the food we buy.
