Support for the Cité des loisirs d’Amnéville will take the form of a capital increase by the local public limited company Destination Amnéville. The departmental assembly voted in principle… unanimously. Some 46,500 new shares with a nominal value of € 100 maximum will be issued for a maximum amount of € 4,650,000. The departmental council will subscribe to it in the amount of € 1,765,000 corresponding to 17,650 shares.
