Dallas – Dallas police are asking the public for help identifying a man who they said performed a “lewd sex act” at a North Oak Cliff restaurant this month.
Police said the incident occurred around 4:20 p.m. Sunday, April 11, at the Crown Buffet restaurant, located in the 1300 block of North Hampton Road near Fort Worth Avenue, and that children were present at the time.
Authorities released images of the man on Wednesday, describing him as a black individual who is 6-1 feet tall and weighs around 350 pounds. The man left the restaurant in a black Ford Expedition pickup, police said.
