I am coming to you because my daughter’s Snapchat account has been hacked, password + email address, no possibility of recovering or deleting it. The hacker uses my daughter’s photos, posts racist material on her behalf, and blackmail her. A handrail has been deposited with the police. Not having her identity, this one says she cannot do much more. The customer service was notified in response I had my daughter must make the request herself done but no response and during this time the hacker continues to use her account. Could you help me please?
