PORTIMAO – Warm -up session MotoGP Portugal 2021 just finished. Lenovo Ducati racer, Jack Miller, recorded the fastest lap time of 1 minute 39,721 seconds at the Algarve Circuit, Portugal, Sunday (18/4/2021).
Meanwhile, the second position is occupied by Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha) who is only 0.80 seconds adrift of Miller.
Quartararo himself was a racer who won pole position in yesterday’s qualifying session. The results of this warm-up session will not change its position to start the front in the race later.
Right behind Quartararo, there is a Suzuki Ecstar rider, Joan Mir, who performed quite nicely in this warm-up session.

This proves that Mir remains a real threat to other riders even though he will start the race from a disadvantageous position.
The obstacles faced by Mir made him only ninth place in the qualifying session. Alex Rins’ teammate will also start from the third row this time.
Meanwhile, the two names that have been eagerly awaited, namely Valentino Rossi (Petronas Yamaha SRT) and Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) achieved unsatisfactory results in this warm-up session.
Both were scattered in the back position and almost one second adrift of Jack Miller as the fastest racer. Valentino Rossi is in 18th position temporarily The Baby Alien ranks 19.
