The 5th international oldtimer tractor and bulldog meeting of the Motorsport Racing Team (MSRT) Freiamt should be a special highlight in 2021. On the eve of the meeting, the open-air Schlepper-Kino was to be offered for the second time with the support of the Blum-Jundt fashion house.
Due to the ongoing corona pandemic, the board decided in the most recent digital board meeting to postpone the “tractor weekend” in June 2021. These two events are now planned for June 2023.
This decision was very difficult for the board of directors after the postponements and cancellations in the anniversary year 2020. “It is very uncertain whether events of this magnitude can even be permitted in June. The constantly fluctuating incidence figures and the constantly changing prescriptions do not make planning easy. We would now have had to submit various applications to the authorities ”, said chairwoman Nicole Reifert.
The ADAC local club Motorsport Racing-Team (MSRT) Freiamt organizes the international classic car event, with participants from all over
Southern Germany, Holland, Switzerland and Alsace. At the 4th
Int. Vintage tractor and bulldog meetings in June 2019 came over
500 vehicles, over 50 different tractor brands were guests
and up to 5,000 visitors marveled at the spectacle surrounding the
Marquee of the MSRT.
The planned youth kart weekend in May 2021 was due to the
Corona pandemic canceled.
In the coming months, however, the MSRT will not be idle: The hiking day and the automobile slalom in September 2021 and the two-day classic car parts market in October are still in the planning stage.
