Social media applications Twitter having problems on Saturday (17/4) night. Some users have difficulty accessing it timeline and open profiles of other users.
The Down Detector application recorded an increase in complaints that occurred on Twitter users, reaching 8 thousand users at around 19.28 WIB. This morning, at around 07.13 WIB there were more than 76 thousand uploaders who complained about the Twitter service.
Moment CNNIndonesia.com accessing Twitter through its official page, similar difficulties have been encountered. The timeline cannot be opened and the profiles of other users cannot be accessed.
It only says ‘there is a technical error’ and below it is a ‘try again’ button to try again until 20.03 WIB. However, when the button is pressed, no changes can be made from the intended twitter page.
The search for the word ‘error’ became trending topic in Indonesia. At least Twitter noted that there were about 121 thousand tweets using this word.
However, it is not yet known exactly what caused the problem on Twitter tonight. There has been no official statement from the related parties regarding the problems encountered.
