Washington, Beriasatu.com – Nasa win owned company Elon Musk SpaceX with a contract worth US $ 2.9 billion. The contract, which is equivalent to Rp.42.128 trillion, means SpaceX must finish building a plane that will send astronauts to the moon as early as 2024, as reported by Nasa on Friday (17/4/2021).
SpaceX managed to get rid of two of their competitors, namely the company owned by Jeff Bezos Blue Origin and defense contractor Dynetics Inc to get the contract to manufacture the spacecraft.
Bezos and Musk – the world’s richest and number three – according to Forbes competing to lead humanity’s return to the lunar surface. As is known the last time humans were on the moon in 1972 or 49 years ago by astronaut Gene Cernan on December 14, 1972 through the Apollo 17 mission.

Musk posted a short sentence “Nasa is in power” through his Twitter account after winning the contract from NASA.
