A female nurse becomes a victim persecution. The victim, Christina Remauli (27), suffered severe bruises in several areas of her body.
The incident occurred on Thursday (15/4) around 13.30 WIB at Siloam Hospital, Palembang, South Sumatra (Sumsel). The victim had bruises on her left eye, swelling on her lips, and pain in her stomach.
Christina decided to report the abuse carried out by the suspected perpetrator with the initials JS to Polrestabes Palembang.
Director of Nursing at Siloam Sriwijaya Hospital, Tata, explained that initially the nurse withdrew the infusion of a patient who was still a child.
“Since the patient is the child of the perpetrator and is still two years old, he is actively working, we are careful to remove the tube infusion, “said Tata when confirmed by reporters, Friday (16/4).
However, he continued, an unwanted thing happened, where the patient’s mother held the patient until the patient’s hand was bleeding. The nurse changed the plaster while stopping bleeding patient.
Shortly thereafter, the man with the initials JS was assaulted. At around 14.00 WIB, the perpetrator came and called the nurse.

“When we met the perpetrator, the three of us came. Indeed, he ordered those who were not concerned to be sent out, but we refused because we were the ones responsible, both for the patient and the nurse. The perpetrator asked a question, had not yet been answered, he immediately slapped our nurse’s face,” he explained.
Furthermore, the perpetrator also forced the victim to kneel down and apologize. At the same time the perpetrator also kicked the victim in the stomach.

Seeing this incident we had time to block and intervene, but the perpetrator pulled the victim’s hair. Until hospital security officers came and secured the victim because she was injured and bruised, “said Tata.
