The entire available staff of BOP-Plovdiv, which includes the structures from Pazardzhik and Smolyan, has submitted an application for resignation.
The 30 employees of the structure were summoned today in Sofia by the director of the General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime, Chief Commissioner Lubomir Yanev. They were told they had to apply to leave or reassign to another job, Blitz reported.

It is not clear whether the local head of the Plovdiv BOP, Dimitar Alexandrov, has resigned. He was appointed to this position only two months ago. There is no clarity about the reason for the mass resignation.
