“In the group with more than 5.5 million vaccinated, only 51 thousand people subsequently tested positive for coronavirus. Moreover, more than half of such infections occurred within 14 days after receiving the first dose. Simply put, the level of protection exceeds 99%,” – he declared.
According to published data, among vaccinated people who subsequently became ill, 50.5% tested positive within 14 days of the first dose.
