Cologne (SID) – Table tennis star Timo Boll and record champion Borussia Düsseldorf will face defending champions 1. FC Saarbrücken in the final of the German championship. Saarbrücken also won the second play-off semi-final against TTF Ochsenhausen 2: 3 and made it into the final for the third time in a row.
Borussia Düsseldorf and Boll had already prevailed a week ago with two wins against ASV Grünwettersbach. A date for the final has not yet been set.
