1. Prevent weeds from damaging crops
Weeds are annoying sometimes. Especially in the rainy season, where grass can grow rapidly and rapidly between your ornamental plants and vegetables.

3. Trap plant pests

Squeeze the newspaper from the water, then place it in a glass of mineral water. Flatten to coat the entire surface of the glass.
Once dry, remove it from the plastic cup and this small pot is ready to be used to put the seeds of the plant.
5. Maintain the humidity of the earthenware pot
Plants and soil in earthenware or terracotta pots are prone to drying out in summer. This is because the potting soil has a lot of pores which can make the water content volatile.
To keep the terracotta pot moist, you can wrap the pot in old newspaper after the plant is watered in the morning.
The sheets of newspaper will keep the terracotta pots moist and wet.
