A 26-year-old girl from the neighborhood San Cayetano, de San José denounced days ago that her 32-year-old ex-partner had beaten and threatened her. After the order was given for his arrest, the man fled.
The complaint was filed by the victim in the UR-VII Women’s Police Station Apostles on April 5. According to the police report, the young woman said that at 00:00 that day, the accused sent her a text message asking her to meet so that he could hand over some of his belongings, at the Chamamé Square, located in the municipality of San José.

After the complaint, the Scientific Police personnel made photographic plates of the victim’s injuries, and after the Police doctor examined her they diagnosed her with “bruises on the face with significant pain in the right costal region and left hand “Therefore, it was suggested to perform X-rays in the affected areas to rule out possible fractures. The victim was later transferred to the area hospital, where she was treated by the doctor on duty.
For its part, The Judge ordered the arrest of the accused and also the seizure of the vehicle used for the commission of the crime. After the inquiries, it was determined that the perpetrator would work in a transport company, located in the city of Apóstoles.
However, the company reported that after what happened the man did not show up for work to date. According to family sources, he was to be found in the City of Cipolletti, Río Negro province.
