Hagenaar (60) arrested after shooting from his balcony | Inland

Several people reported seeing a man shouting and shooting on a balcony at Durgerdamhof. Police cordoned off the area awaiting a negotiator and an arrest team.

Ultimately, the man was arrested in his home. Among the weapons found were air pistols and a dagger.
