An initiative of Rotary Reims Clotilde, a service club that helps vulnerable people. In Reims there are 5 Rotary clubs or 150 members, often mobilized for the youngest.
3rd confinement: an action for students
For more than a year of pandemic, on the one hand, there have been students, alone in their CROUS room, far from their families – and on the other – the corporate world deserted by its employees with the obligation to telework.
It is from this observation that an idea came.
One Student, One Office
The idea is to help the students to break their loneliness. Companies in Reims are asked to welcome the same student once a week, day or half day on a recurring basis. The company provides him with an office, the student works for him and not for the company, but he leaves his 15 m2, he meets people, he finds a social bond once a week, while respecting well sure the gestures barriers and protocols.
