In order to improve passenger information for the Citéline bus network, the operator Keolis Thionville Fensch is setting up a new call center managed by the mobility expert Kisio Services. The telephone platform can be reached from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive (excluding public holidays), on 03 82 59 31 05.

The aim of the operation is to collect customer complaints and deliver quality information to users, while allowing the new service provider Keolis Thionville Fensch to efficiently manage the Citéline transport network. This platform is put into service for a minimum period of six months. In addition, the transport network adapts to the health restrictions put in place by the government and in particular the closure of educational establishments: until May 2 inclusive, buses run according to the so-called “school holiday” schedules and services. .
