Titanfall 2 was released in 2016 and is still one of the sharpest FPS on the market and everyone who claims the opposite is simply wrong. Fans have begged and asked for a third game in the series, but we will not see anything like that for a while as the focus is on Apex Legends and other titles. However, Respawn has now hinted that Titanfall fans who play Apex Legends will get some retaliation when the next season kicks off. More specifically, the game’s Game director Chad Grenier says this:
“Next season – Season 9 – you’re actually going to see a ton of Titanfall coming back into the game, in one way or another,” Grenier hinted (thanks, Dexerto). “I’ve told some people before, if you’re a Titanfall fan, hang on for Season 9 because there’s gonna be some really cool stuff there.”
What this means is unknown and will be until next season starts, which is expected to happen in early May. However, it has been rumored that the next hero to enter the Apex games is Blisk, who is the big villain from Titanfall 2. According to rumors, Blisk’s ult ability will be to evoke a giant robot that can be used to shoot enemies.
