OOSTERBLOCKER – In Oosterblokker, North Holland, residents returned to their homes on Tuesday afternoon because the risk of explosion had passed, says a spokeswoman for the safety region. Previously, several hundred households had to be evacuated because a gas pipe had become too hot during work.
