Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Corona virus infection (Covid-19) in United States (US) raging again. New infection cases have risen 5% to more than 450,000, since last week.
The average number of Covid-19 patients in hospitals also rose by 4%, to more than 37,000, surpassing the 11 weeks of decline in admissions. Launch Reuters, the increase in cases occurred for three consecutive weeks.
The increase in infection cases was triggered by many community trips during the Easter holidays and spring school holidays. Citizens are still traveling as a more contagious variant of the corona virus circulates.

The US is still the first country with the highest cases of corona virus infection in the world. As of Tuesday (6/4/2021), the US has more than 31.4 million cases of infection, with more than 569 thousand deaths, and 42 million cases of patients recovered, according to data Worldometers.
