A whole bunch of items went through Fortnite. Some were better, others were completely useless.
There are a lot of items removed from Fortnite. This is best shown by relatively old graphics from six months ago. A lot has changed since then, but it is a good illustration of how many things Epic has come up with over the past few years.
There are both weapons and general items here, including of course the old island itself, from the first chapter.
What players probably don’t remember anymore?
A month ago, we wrote about the most interesting things that Epic decided to remove. There are also other things worth mentioning to this list. Some are so old that no one knows them at all.
One of such items is the cash register. This one appeared on the occasion of cooperation with Borderlands. there were bundles of money on the ground, but also in the boxes. They had absolutely no use except that they could be spent in vending machines.
Few people also know that one day an ice cream truck with 100,000 HP appeared on the island. Until today, it is not known why and why it was introduced. Especially that after destroying it, you only get a box and the normal one with normal items.
Anyone else remember that for the first 3 months there was an electric trap in Battle Royale? It was placed on the walls or on the ceiling and it would offend everyone who passed by. It wasn’t strong or made any sense. Therefore, after about 90 days, it was removed.
You may know it – Podium. It was a place on the map where a different location created by players in Creative mode would appear from time to time. The idea seemed really good, but it had one major drawback.
The reason it dropped it was probably one of the community created rooms that came into the game. The place was a dangling rope and an overturned chair.
The last thing is more of a setback. Epic for some reason added physics to skins with female breasts. The effects of it were quite… specific.
When this was discovered, Epic apologized and noted that it was not on purpose. After a few hours, the breast physics were simply removed and never came back.
