Karaamah wins the first 3-year-old thoroughbred Arabian race

On April 2, Bordeaux hosted the first race for 3-year-old Arabian thoroughbreds in the French program: the Qatar Prix Massoud. And it’s Karaamah (Al Mamun Monlau) who won, under the colors of his breeder, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Thani. Associated with Olivier Peslier, she is trained by Didier Guillemin and was pre-trained by Éric Ventrou. Karaamah is a product of the Al Shaqab Racing stallion, Al Mamun Monlau (Munjiz), who rides at the Grand Courgeon stud farm. The mother Al Anqa (Amer) won the French Arabian Breeders’ Challenge (Gr1 PA). Karaama is therefore the full sister of Sir Monlau (Qatar Silver Sword winner Al Mamun Monlau) on 1is April in Doha.
