The corona virus has so far put 10,000 people in intensive care in the Netherlands. The National Intensive Care Evaluation Foundation (NICE), which keeps track of the figures, on Tuesday registers the ten thousandth ICU admission of a Covid-19 patient since the outbreak of the virus, more than a year ago. Of all corona patients who have been on the ICU, 2,744 have died.
